Decades of research demonstrates that engaged employees are more productive than employees who have ‘switched off.’ The choice and autonomy afforded members of coworking spaces have led to record levels of engagement in their work. We think this is possible in the corporate world, too. We have developed a series of employee engagement metrics to assess existing levels of engagement, which are then tracked as a company experiments with more open, ABW styles of working.
