Remote Working Implementation

Let the journey begin.

Once a remote strategy direction has been determined, we help with the implementation journey.  We facilitate the process through our digital Culture Platform which allows colleagues to communicate, form groups, sound off, and respond to spot pulse surveys as needed.  Data from the surveys is made available to management in a dashboard environment, which provides a real-time view of employee engagement and what is on employees’ minds.

Listed in the platform are the relevant locations (coworking spaces, coffee shops, etc) where colleagues gather.  Employees are able to link to coworking spaces and cafes and to form groups where online and offline connections can develop.  

*For ongoing projects we collect monthly culture and engagement data and produce a monthly summary report.
