Drew Jones, Ph.D., is an organizational consultant, management professor, and writer. He has consulted with large and small firms over the past 15 years, and has written three books, including the first book (co-written) on coworking. His most recent book, The Fifth Age of Work: How Companies Can Re-Design Work to be More Innovative in a Cloud Economy– provides a roadmap to a future world of work. He has been involved in coworking since 2007, and most recently was co-owner and partner at Conjunctured Coworking– Austin, Texas’ first coworking space. He is based in Austin, Texas.

Prior to co-founding OpenWork Agency, David co-founded and led operations at Conjunctured (2008-2014) in Austin, one of the original 50 coworking spaces in the world. Conjunctured received global acclaim for not only being an innovative workspace alternative, but also for its unique community-first approach to work and thought leadership in the coworking industry. Today, there are over 28,000 spaces across the world. David’s personal mission is to help evolve outdated models of work into dynamic, ecosystems of collaboration.

Michael is a professional cultural anthropologist working at the intersection of human insights, experience design, and organizational cultures. Sven is a Certified Prosci Change Practitioner, Denison Certified Partner, and Fitwel Ambassador. He holds a Master in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) and Senior Leader in Corporate Real Estate (SLCR) from CoreNet Global. He is a trained facilitator from the Institute of Culture Affairs (ICA). Sven currently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Vanessa Sans since 2015 is helping organisations and entrepreneurs to embrace new models of the collaborative economy, specifically coworking and coliving.
She began her career in the industry at Utopicus in 2011, one of the biggest coworking players in Spain. In 2012, she founded Transforma Barcelona, a coworking space encouraging the creative and cultural industry. She has been the core team member of Coworking Europe and Coworking Spain conferences from 2013 until 2018, the Coworking Africa Conference and Coworking India Conference from 2015 to 2017 produced by SocialWorkplaces. She actually is running the coworking agency Happy Working Lab.
Alexandra Ramió is enthusiastic about new business models and innovation since she graduated and launched her first business as cofounder team of SocialCar, disruptive car rental solution and peer to peer platform in 2011. Then in 2016 she started working in the hospitality sector and restaurants in the sales and operations departments. In 2019 she joined Utopicus, one of the biggest operators in Spain, as space manager of its different buildings in Barcelona. In 2020, she joined Happy Working Lab as coworking and coliving consultant.
